Quality & documents
What we check in every lot — and the documents that travel with it.
How we check a lot
01
Specification first
Variety, grade, size, moisture, aflatoxin limits and packaging are fixed in the contract before anything ships.
02
Check before loading
Size, defects and appearance of each lot are checked against the specification.
03
Laboratory
Moisture and aflatoxins are tested by an independent laboratory; results come as a certificate of analysis.
04
Independent inspection
On request, a surveyor of your choice can inspect the lot at loading.
